Student Innovator
Sarah is a Grade 5 student of Greenhills Public School in Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad. She developed an interest in programming and basic electronics. She started experimenting with basic programmable electronic circuits such as LEDs, light censors and stepper motors. She developed a burglar alarm using Arduino open source hardware and this was selected to be part of the first Mini Maker Faire in Bangalore held along with the Nasscom Product Conclave. She was the youngest exhibitor there, and received great appreciation.
