We have great pleasure to invite you to a Workshop on “How to pitch to an Investor – The Do’s & Don’ts” By Mr. R Natarajan, Managing Director & CFO of Helion Ventures. The Workshop will be very beneficial to Companies especially Start-Ups who are looking for finance for growth. Besides, Helion Ventures is looking for deserving Start-Ups for funding. They have just funded M/s. Rapid Value Solutions, one of our Members.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Mr. R Natarajan better Known as ‘Nats’,Managing Director and CFO for Helion Ventures.

Mr. R Natarajan better Known as ‘Nats’, has over 22 years of work experience in Finance and accounting, taxation, planning, sales and marketing, HR, Information systems and Quality. He is currently the Managing Director and CFO for Helion Ventures.

Helion started in June 2006, has 3 funds adding up to US $600M. Helion invests in early and growth companies focusing on technology and consumer services. Helion has made 40 investments in the last 5 years. At Helion, he is responsible for deal diligence, structuring and closing of investments, helping portfolio investee companies in corporate governance, finances and business plan, in addition to managing regular finance and accounts and investors relations at Fund level. Before joining Helion, he was Global CFO and Head of support services at Tavant Technologies Inc, a US$60M software services company.

During his stint at Tavant he led key initiatives of strengthening and implementing several internal process related to Finance, HR, IS and championing organization improvement programs. Prior to Tavant, he worked 10+ years in Wipro group of Companies in the areas of strategic business planning, financial services accounting, marketing, HR, information services, finance and resources management, treasury and taxation. WeP was awarded the Best IT Usage award by NASSCOM in the ICT category in Sept 2003, an initiative led by him as CIO.
